A busy week ahead for us this week at FVSC!
We have our Talk and Sign Group meeting on zoom for their monthly social group from 7pm-8pm on Monday 15th, we will be having a talk from Police Scotland on Scams including Covid Scams, an interpreter will be provided.
Tuesday 16th sees our book group meeting at 10am-11am on zoom to discuss our latest book Corrag, before we move onto ‘This is going to hurt’ by Adam Kay. We will be posting our ratings on Social Media afterwards, so keep an eye out!
Tuesday is also Shrove Tuesday and we will have a new cookery video up where Linsey will be showing us all how she makes pancakes!
Wednesday 17th we have speaker Adrian Cox from Historic Environment Scotland doing an online talk from 11am-12pm on the Borders Abbey. This is also on zoom with phone in available and an interpreter provided.
On Thursday look out for a new bitesize fitness with David Black and The Scottish Centre for Personal Safety!
Friday 19th we will have our usual Weekly Podcast. We are also having an exciting meeting with Falkirk CLD and our Youth Group from 6.30pm-7.30pm to discuss an exciting new creative venture for the centre. Watch this space!
A reminder that we have a Yarn-bombing project under way for the Garden for the spring. If you would like to knit or crochet squares, bunting, flowers, pompoms or any shapes you like, we will happily be taking donations up until the end of March.
