  • Access

    Earlier access can be arranged from 0800hrs for an additional fee of £25 – please note this should be requested at the time of booking.

  • Booking Fee

    A £20 booking fee applies for partners booking a room during normal opening hours for 3 hours or less.

  • Additional Charges

    Evening and Weekend bookings will be subject to an additional charge for caretaker costs. Partners will be required to pay for evening and weekend room bookings – a 25% discount will apply.

  • Discount

    Sensory related organisations will receive a 25% discount on room hire.

  • Catering

    Catering can be arranged for all events for an additional charge. Please see our hospitality menu below.

  • Self-Catering

    Organisations can request the use of Servery Kitchen to provide their own catering for an additional fee of £20.

SANDWICH FILLINGS

Sandwiches are available on a choice of brown or white bloomer bread. If you would like an alternative filling, please just ask. We cater for all dietary requirements.
