On Monday, we have our rescheduled Time capsule/Tree planting focus group on Teams from 11am-12pm. We will be discussing final choices/options for the tree and what will be going in the time capsuled. Keep an eye out for an exciting new event for this coming soon.
Also on Monday our Knit and Natter group will be meeting for a socially distanced session in the cafe from 1pm-3pm. We are slowly working on our contributions to Stitches for Survival, though you are very welcome to just come along for a blether too!
On Thursday and Friday our Youth Group Summer Programme with Falkirk – Community Learning & Development will be continuing from 11am-2pm. On Thursday we will be continuing on with our weaving project with Val Martin, and on Friday we will be making suncatchers with Blacknoir Decorative Glass! This group is open to 10-18 year olds, you don’t have to have attended previous sessions to come along. No cost. Lunch included.
Friday sees the The Braveheart Association meeting for their usual walk from the Sensory Garden at 11.30am. This is a leisurely walk around the local area that lasts 45-60 minutes. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
As always, if you are interested in any of our groups or would like more information, please contact Linsey at linseystocks@forthvalleysensorycentre.org.
Have a great week!
