What’s on: coming soon!

As you will have noticed the other day the groups are currently taking a bit of a summer holiday, never fear though there is still plenty to look forward to here at the centre. Here’s some things to add to your diary!

Our Cafe Tiki will still be open Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm, we have a new Cafe Tiki Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/Cafe-Tiki-at-Forth-Valley-Sensory-Centre-102575399126090 where you can check out some of the specials coming up this week.

The Sensory Garden is also open to the general public, with the gates open 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (4.30pm on Fridays). We have some new jurassic friends for you to find in our garden, so why not pop along for a visit?

This week our BSL OAP group will be taking a boat trip at Linlithgow Canal for the day, this has all been arranged and we hope they have a wonderful time (fingers crossed for good weather!).

Also coming up this week we have the Happiness Collectors at Falkirk Wheel on Saturday 9th July from 1.30pm-2.15pm. This fun interactive session is aimed at families with children age 5+ and takes participants on a journey of sound and silliness to collect happiness! Coming up next week our Choir will be back on Monday to prepare for their performance at @KlondykePolmont on Saturday 16th July. We will be performing from 12pm-2pm so please do pop along for a visit if you can, we’ve been working really hard and are looking forward to sharing our music!

Also coming up on 20th July, we have our Summer Fayre from 11am-2pm, look out for more information coming up this week.

Our sensory room still has places! Please note the hire for the room has now gone up to £6 regardless of area travelling from. If you’d like more information or to book a place please get in touch with Rowan by phoning 01324 590888.

An update on when our groups and classes will be returning is coming shortly. The Friday Deaf Club and Monday Talk and Sign Group will be continuing throughout the summer.
