As you may already know, our cafe is closed this week, however we will be back on the 14th for the usual soup for £1, tea, coffee and delicious cakes!

Our Art Group will be meeting at their usual time this week on the 9th December from 1pm-2pm, we will be making Christmas Wreaths.

Look out for our delicious Carrot and Coriander soup recipe from David which is one of the recipes from our NHS Forth Valley funded Rehis Programme, as well as our usual Bitesize fitness video with The Scottish Centre for Personal Safety both of which will be on Facebook as well as our Website.

Of course Friday brings the weekly news podcast, and The Braveheart Association will be setting off from the sensory garden as usual at 11.30am.

A heads up for the week after for anyone who would like to get involved; we have an online talk with Laura Harrisons from Historic Environment Scotland on local Myths and Legends on Monday 14th December from 10.30am-11.30am.

We have our online book group on Tuesday 15th December from 10am-11am, we are reading Robinson Crusoe before moving on to The Woman in the Woods by Lesley Pearse! Both of these take place on Zoom, with phone in available.

On Thursday 17th December we have a Christmas Themed Music Quiz from 2pm-3pm in collaboration with RNIB ScotlandRNIB Connect – Scotland.
