We have been delighted in recent weeks to be working with Neatebox and a host of organisations to help make Falkirk a safer, smarter place for people with a sensory impairment to shop and get about.
The technology has a number of features, helping people use pedestrians crossings safely, (see our man Terry Robinson trying this out here) and also customer service, allowing people to pick and choose what information they want to share with a venue and ask for assistance well in advance.
There will be more on this in later updates but for now, here are a few pictures of Centre User, Laura Cluxton (@pixielaurac) visiting The Falkirk Wheel, Howgate Shopping and The Kelpies/Helix Park with Gavin Neate, Founder of Neatebox, Allan the Operations Director and David Sutherland our Caretaker on an information gathering trip.
