Looking for support on money issues in these uncertain times? Do you think you could be missing out on benefits or grants or need guidance on how best to reduce your bills?
Support is out there, however many people don’t know where to start and are left trying to navigate a sea of information and confused at what could be available to them.
The economic impact of COVID-19 has led to job losses and reduced incomes, creating enormous pressure on people’s incomes, budgeting and ability to meet the costs of living. The need for people to maximise their financial position through increased income and minimising costs has never been greater.
Citizens Advice Scotland (CAS) has created the ‘Money Map’ tool to cut through the never ending information out there. It can show people ways to save money and help meet the cost of living, in a one-stop shop online tool.
Money Map is an online resource that people can use to find out what they could be entitled to and help them seek guidance on how to meet the cost of living.
This resource is free, easy to use and anonymous. To find out how you can reduce your bills, maximise your money and meet the cost of
living, go to www.moneymap.scot
If COVID-19 has affected your finances and household income, check out the Money Map tool you might be surprised how much money you could be entitled to, even if you are employed.
