About Us

Our Vision

“Forth Valley Sensory Centre is a place where people with a visual or hearing loss, their friends, families, carers and the wider community can access quality services and advice from our partner organisations. The Centre is inclusive, accessible and aims to promote the involvement of the wider community and build positive relationships across Forth Valley.”

What we do

The Centre was the first of its kind constructed in the UK and specifically developed for D/deaf and blind communities.

Today, the Centre hosts a number of services and activities, not only for people with a sensory loss, but also for the wider community. These include: a café serving fair trade coffee, a sensory garden and a sensory room, which are open to all. Businesses can also take advantage of our spacious, flexible meeting rooms which are close to all major transport links.

Objective
