Bitesize Exercise with David – Block 3

Welcome to Week Three of Bitesize Exercise with David! These are designed to build up each week as easy exercises at home for anyone with sensory loss or who just wants to get up and about a bit more!

David is an instructor with the Scottish Centre for Personal Safety and the cook here at the Forth Valley Sensory Centre. He is blind and has hearing loss so he is very careful to describe all his moves and make sure they are done as safely as possible.

We would urge anyone wanting to take part in David’s Bitesize Exercise to make sure they are safe though, clear a space and do not do push yourself unsafely. Also, please do the warm up before doing the actual exercises. We don’t want any strained muscles!

Below you can find the latest block, which is designed to be repeated several times over the course of a week. You can do it each day if you like but if that is too much, why not try every other day? Exercise is a great way to start the day, get the blood flowing and make you feel much more positive.
