Halloween Event 27th October

Halloween is always a fun time for children but this year, The Centre is hosting a party for adults (and young people over age 14)! There will be traditional games like dooking for apples as well as prizes for the best costume.

This is the first event organised by our Fundraising Group and promises to be a real scream. The event will include food and entertainment, music games and prizes!

Time and Date

Doors open at 6:45pm for a 7pm start with the event scheduled to finish at 10pm on 27th October.

Pricing

Tickets are £10 for adults and £5 for those aged 14-18.

The event is bring your own bottle although we wish to encourage responsible drinking and want everyone to stay safe! Adults are responsible for any young people they bring along.

There will be a prize for the best adult and junior costume on the night so get dressed up and have some fun with us!

Centre Manager Jacquie Winning commented: “We are looking forward to all our Centre Users having a chance to let their hair down with a fun event like this. It is great to see the ideas coming from the Fundraising Group and if anyone is interested in joining, please let us know.”

With so many things going off, the decision has also been made to postpone the Dine and Disco until the New Year when there is less happening. The Centre is currently hosting an Afternoon Tea, Pop-Up Restaurant, Firewalk and Winter Fayre as well as the Halloween event before the end of the year so the schedule is looking very crowded.

Jacquie said: “We know people love these events but, we also appreciate that having so many things in a short space of time can make it difficult for everyone to participate. For that reason, we have taken the decision to postpone the Dine and Disco to another date when there is a little more space in the calendar. We hope everyone appreciates the reason and looks forward to a date in the New Year.”
