A quieter week for us this week!
The cafe will be open as usual Monday-Wednesday this week, and closed Thursday and Friday to start our deep clean!
We have some window face masks available for picking up if anyone would like to give these a try. These masks are designed to sit away from the mouth so they don’t steam up. Why not come along and pick one up to help out the lip reader in your life?
The book group will be meeting online on Tuesday, from 10am-11am. We will be chatting about our latest read, The Midnight Library by Matt Haig (look out for the group’s review coming tomorrow!) before we have a chat about what books we’d like to discuss for 2022. The book group is open to all, we source our books from RNIB talking books. We meet on the third Tuesday of every month.
The centre will close at 12pm on Friday for the Christmas and New Year break, we will reopen on Wednesday 5th January 2022.
If you’d like to learn more about any of our groups, please get in touch with Linsey at linseystocks@forthvalleysensorycentre.org. Please note we have no set dates for returning in January as of yet, we will be playing this by ear.
Have a great week!
