Week Beginning 1st July

Monday:

Knit and Natter, 1pm-3pm. Free. Open to all. Interpreter provided. Refreshments can be purchased from the cafe.

Tuesday:

Craft Group (mental health & wellbeing group), 2pm-4pm. Free. Bring your own crafting and come along for a blether! New interest welcome.

IT Class, 1pm-3pm & 3pm-5pm. With Tom Paterson. £5. If you would like help with computers, tablets, or smartphones this class is ideal!

Wednesday:

BSL OAP Group, 12.30pm-2.30pm. £3 to come along and chat, £5 for Bingo.

Thursday:

Voices Off (British Sign Language), 11am-12.30pm. With Kara Milne. Free. Open to all. Beginners Welcome.

IT Class, 1pm-3pm. With Tom Paterson. £5. If you would like help with computers, tablets, or smartphones this class is ideal! This Class is in place of our Friday class this week only.

Dance Class (NEW!), 7pm-8pm. Led by Brian and Avril Muir. £5 per session. Open to all ages and abilities. New interest welcome. Please wear sensible shoes—flat, trainers, or small heel.

Friday:

Braveheart Walk, 11.30am-12.30pm. Leisurely walk around the local area. Free. Open to all. Sighted Guides available.

Youth Group, 7-13 year olds. NEW TIME: 5.30pm-7.30pm Free. Cooking this evening.

Deaf Club, 7pm-10pm.

Saturday:

Talk & Sign, to St. Andrews and Anstruther. Pick ups at Forth Valley Sensory Centre, Halbeath, and Leven.

Youth Group Summer Programme, 11am-2pm. 7-13 year olds. Free. Picnic and games at the Helix.

Tuesday:

Craft Group (mental health & wellbeing group), 2pm-4pm. Free. Bring your own crafting and come along for a blether! New interest welcome.

Wednesday:

History Group, 10.30am-12pm. Visit to Hunterian at Glasgow University Campus. Talk & tour on Zoology. Free tour. £5 for transport. We will leave the centre at 9.30am.

BSL OAP Group, 12.30pm-2.30pm. £3 to come along and chat, £5 for Bingo.

Art Group, 1.15pm-3.15pm. With Val Martin. £5. No spaces at present, register now to be added to our waiting list.
