Monday we have our next Social Group chat at 3pm on Zoom. This is in lieu of our Falkirk and Stirling BPS social groups. If you’d like to come along and have a blether then feel free to join us. Phone in is available as well.
Also on Monday we also have our next Talk and Sign Group Social meeting at 7pm on Zoom. This will be with Sandra Murphy who will be taking us through some steps for mindfulness. Thursday look out for our latest Bitesize Fitness with David Black and @ScotCPS, David will show us some gentle exercises to get the blood pumping, these exercises are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Friday the Braveheart group will be leaving from the Sensory Garden at 11.30am. This is a gentle walk for 45-60 minutes. Please note that the Braveheart group can only currently take registered walkers at present, however new walkers can join the group as of 19th April, so if you would like to join our Friday group please get in touch with Linsey.
Also keep an ear out for our latest news podcast, we have temporarily taken over from Newsline while restrictions are in place. If you would rather have receive the podcast in memory stick format rather than soundcloud give us a shout.
New Group Alert—We will be having our first Tinnitus group meeting on Tuesday 27th April at 12pm. If you are interested in joining this new peer support group get in touch with Linsey. This group is British Tinnitus Association registered and will have NHS involvement as well.
