We have another busy week ahead of us here at the centre!

Monday: Our Knit and natter group is meeting for a socially distanced session in the cafe from 1.30pm-3.30pm, why not pop in for some tea and cake and a blether!

Tuesday: The book group will be meeting online for their monthly session from 10am-11am. We are talking about 'The Seven Sisters' by Margaret Drabble, before we will be moving on to 'Robinson Crusoe' by Daniel Defoe for our next book!

The craft group also meets for a socially distanced session in the cafe from 2pm-3.30pm. This group is not one of ours but if you are interested in coming along please let Linsey know so we can keep an eye on numbers in the cafe.

Thursday we have the latest bitesize fitness video with our very own David Black, volunteer with The Scottish Centre for Personal Safety.

Friday, of course, is our weekly news podcast!

We also have a Music Quiz coming up next week, more information to come this week, so watch this space!

Please keep in mind that while the centre is not currently open to the public, our cafe is open to all from Monday-Friday 9am-4pm with soup-of-the-day for £1, cakes, toasties, and many more delectable treats. Pay us a visit today!

Our Sensory Garden is also open to the public Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (weather permitting--thankfully today looks quite nice!)

If you are interested in any of our groups and classes or would like more information on what is available online or in socially distanced sessions please contact Linsey, our group coordinator, at linseystocks@forthvalleysensorycentre.org.

    1. Hi Audrey, sadly not at the moment as Helena was an external practitioner and she isn’t able to come in at the moment. We will advise when this is happening again. Sorry!
