Forth Valley Sensory Centre has been serving people with sight and hearing loss in Forth Valley for over 13 years. We are always trying to improve and you can help by filling in our Centre Use Survey.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and covers how you use and get to the Centre.
It also offers the chance to say what new things you would like us to offer, what we are getting right and how we might improve.
We can’t promise to deliver on everything and all the feedback we recieve from the Centre Use Survey but we will use it to:
- Assist with funding applications for new activities
- Provide strategic direction to our board
- Identify where we can lobby on behalf of Centre Users for improvements in other local services
- See where we can make small changes in what we do toprovide more assistance
If you could please spend a few minutes filling this in, even if you are notr a regular at the centre (we’d love to know why) or haven’t heard about us before, you opinion is just as valid.
