Our cook, David Black, and his assistant, Peter Wilson are starring in a BBC programme on food and cooking for disabled people.
The initial clip, which can be viewed at this link is to be followed by a feature on The Food Chain, a BBC World Service radio piece on Saturday 18th February at 8:30am. You can listen online on the BBC website or catch up with the podcast if you miss the programme.
David and Peter worked hard on the day, preparing a full menu for the Cafe as well as answering reporter’s questions and conducting sit down interviews.
Remember, our Cafe is open to the public from 8:45am to 4pm each day with fresh homemade food. You may even catch a glimpse of our stars if you come in!
