Anyway, coming up this week:

Monday: Knit and Natter Group 1.30pm-3pm in the Cafe for a socially distanced session.
Talk and Sign Group, 7pm-8pm, we will be making ribbon Christmas tree decorations thanks to a very kind donation from Kiran’s Trust (keep your eyes peeled for pictures!)

Tuesday: Craft Group will be meeting in the cafe for a socially distanced session from 2pm-3.30pm. This is a peer support group and is open to all, please do let us know if you are interested in coming along as we need to be careful of numbers.

Thursday: Keep an eye out for the next in our series of Bitesize Fitness with David Black and The Scottish Centre for Personal Safety on our Social Media and Website.

Friday: Our weekly news podcast will be headed your way! We have a new voice with is this week–Colin, who volunteers with our Stirling Group, Curling Group, and Braveheart!

And speaking of The Braveheart Association our weekly walking group sets off from the Sensory Garden at 11.30 before coming back to the cafe for a nice wee warming cup of tea and a spot of lunch!

If you are interested in any of our groups please get in touch with Linsey by emailing linseystocks@forthvalleysensorycentre.org or by giving us a ring on 01324 590888.

Our cafe is also open to the public every weekday from 9am-4pm, so why not pop in for a nice wee bit of tea and cake, or a lovely mug of soup for only £1!

Our sensory garden is also open to the public every week day from 9am-5pm, weather permitting.

One last announcement: Our cafe will be closed next week (7th-11th December) for staff training purposes, but don’t worry we will be back on the 14th!
