Sensory Room

Our much loved Sensory Room is also open to the public and is a great place to spend quality time in a relaxed atmosphere.

The room can be booked by individuals, carers or charities who want to bring along a cared-for or supported person who might enjoy the facilities. The room has a garden theme with an amazing wallpaper mural and bright, green paint.

Many people combine a trip to the sensory room with a visit to our Sensory Garden and cafe! Why not enjoy a spot of lunch, play with the instruments or even practice your sign language. Sadly, we cannot guarantee sunny weather.

The Sensory Room has a maximum capacity of 4 people and costs £6 per hour for 1 user with up to 3 carers, and £10 per hour for 2 users with up to 2 carers. The room is available to book from 9:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Due to demand, bookings must be made in advance.
