Great Scottish Run Fundraising

A big thanks to everyone who took part in the Great Scottish Run on October 2nd! They will have raised over £2000 between them and we are going to look at spending the money on a new CCTV system for the garden.

A cracking effort we are sure you will all agree.We’d like to pass on our thanks and the runners would like to do the say in return for your support and sponsorship.

10k Stars:
Jill Hendry – “Had a good day with everyone at Glasgow 10k raising funds for Falkirk sensory centre.”

David Black – “It was a great day.. the Sensory Centre has supportedme in so many ways and what makes it even more special is it’s my place of work and where I volunteer.”

Half Marathon Heroes:
Stephanie Corbett – “I wanted to raise funds after seeing first-hand the fantastic work that goes on at the Centre … and knowing so many people sponsored me helped me cross the finish line.”

Hannah Pickford – “I really enjoyed the run atmosphere was great and running for the forth valley sensory centre made it a special event.”
