Monday
Blind and Partially Sighted (BPS) Social Group: On Zoom 3pm. Phone in available. 2nd Monday of the month.
Talk & Sign Group Social: 4 weekly on Zoom. Monday 7pm-8pm.
Talk & Sign BSL Practise: 4 weekly on Zoom, Monday 7pm-8pm (alternate 2 weeks from Social Group). This class will finish in June and be replaced by Voices off.
Voices off: Returning 16th August 2021. More info to come.
Tuesday
Cookery Class: Currently on hold. Look out for new cookery videos the second Tuesday of every month on Social Media. Cooking with Confidence classes coming soon!
Reading Group: 3rd Tues of every month, 10am to 11am on zoom! Phone in available.
Tinnitus Peer Support Group: 1st Tuesday of the month 12pm-1pm. Evening class coming soon.
Wednesday
History Group: Monthly meetings on Zoom. 11am-12pm. Interpreter and phone in available.
Art & Craft Group: Classes returning in Café from 12th May 1pm-3pm. Fortnightly. (£5)
BSL OAP Group: Weekly 12.30pm-3pm. Currently paused due to Covid.
Live with Laura: Our new chatty podcast! Goes live the third Wednesday of every month. Different guests tell us a bit about what they do and chat about their musical memories!
Thursday
Braille Class: To return Autumn 2021.
Bitesized Fitness: Weekly bitesize fitness videos on our Social Media and website. Warm up exercises for all ages and abilities!
Friday
News Podcast: Weekly coverage of the Falkirk Herald on our social media pages. Memory sticks also available for postage.
Braveheart Walk: Leaves from the Sensory Garden weekly at 11.30am.
Lip Reading Class: On Zoom! 10.30am-12pm. Ten week blocks. Current block runs from 23rd April- 25th June.
Music Quiz: In Partnership with RNIB. Last Friday of the month, music quiz on Teams 2pm-3pm. Phone in available.
Youth Group: Returning 30th April 7pm-8.30pm (Weekly). Will move to during the day during summer holidays.
Deaf Club: Every Week, 7pm-10pm . Currently paused due to Covid.
Activities throughout the year
BPS Theatre Group: Once theatres re-open we plan on starting this group again. Register your interest with Linsey.
