Forth Valley Sensory Centre
Forth Valley Sensory Centre will be holding it’s annual AGM and Open Meeting on Thursday 25th October at 11:45am. The Open Meeting follows the AGM where we hope to vote in some new board members, including a new Chair and Treasurer.
This is a chance to come along and find out what has been happening at the Centre in the last year and the plans for the coming year.
There will be the opportunity to chat to Board Members. As always, we will have a number of guest speakers, each giving a unique insight into a world with sensory loss or making a topical point. This year is no different.
This year’s Open Meeting speakers are Centre Trustee Laura Cluxton, Centre Receptionist Alison Gall and Caesar and Howie Solicitor Ryan Morton. All our speakers will speak about the theme of “Overcoming the Challenges faced by Sensory Loss”
We will be serving Tea, Coffee and Cakes at 1pm. You can network and meet new people or enjoy a drink with a friend. Staff will be on hand to answer any questions about our services or discuss our many groups and classes.
Please contact to let us know if you are attending the Open Meeting. We need to be sure we have enough seats (or wheelchair spaces) and that we cater accordingly!
BSL support is provided.
