Forth Valley Sensory Centre

Easter Closure Friday – Monday

Forth Valley Sensory Centre will be closed from Friday 30th March through Monday 2nd April for Easter, reopening on Tuesday 3rd April at 8:45am.

The RNIB Resource Area will remain closed until 9th April due to staff holiday, however, RNIB Scotland can be reached on 0303 123 9999 if necessary. See the RNIB Scotland website for more information on how they can help anyone with sight loss.

It’s only a few days off for Easter but we’ll be back with a bang as the next block of Personal Safety courses with David starts on 6th April. This class is free and specially developed for people with sight loss.

We also have our new, revamped Carer’s Drop-in group starting on 12th April. This is open to anyone from Falkirk who cares for a person with sensory loss or is a carer that has a sensory condition such as sight or hearing loss. This is a free group and includes a healthy lunch from our Cafe.

The new Knit and Natter Group begins in Stirling on Friday 13th at 10:30am. Be sure to sign up for that class if you are local!

Then we will be holding a Prize Bingo night on 26th April starting at 6:30 for eyes down at 7pm! Ten game book just £10 and a cheeky drinks flyer.

We also have our regular art, tennis and computing groups, plus many more. New members always welcome.
